Tanja believes that art is a personal statement for both the owner and the maker. Bachata is originally a work from 2013. It is inspired by the Caribbean rhythms of Bachata, originated in the Dominican Republic. Bachata has fought its way from being banned to one of the most popular dance and music styles in Latin America. So, this piece is also an ode to creativity, passion and resilience. This artwork consists of mixed media on canvas.
