Bib & Sola is a contemporary lifestyle design company dedicated to bringing style, craft and joy to your life whilst simultaneously raising awareness for water. Company founder Kira Heuer is a Californian living in London. In her constant search for organisations doing great things for the planet, Heuer realised she wanted to help. Producing exquisite hand blown glass water carafes and glass sets, and then giving 10% of all profits to her partnered charitable organisations. Each of the Bib & Sola designs are inspired by a unique water story, be it giving ode to the daily plight of water carriers in Malawi, the wonder and mystique of ethnic cultural tea ceremonies, natural water phenomenon’s, storms at sea, the Niagara falls, or perhaps a mere child splashing through a puddle.
A beautiful and striking carafe by Bib & Sola. Each item is hand blown to create a beautiful and collectable piece of glassware. The design is achieved through the movement of colour blown into the glass, a technique that is fiendishly difficult to achieve, let alone master. Each piece is truly unique.
