The Colony Club Part Deux
Not only has the sun come out and finally it feels like spring has finally sprung, but last night we found ourselves in product heaven with one of our wonderful new brands and an intriguing up & coming designer-maker, Moroso and Craig Narramore.
We had a very lovely shindig under the atmospheric lighting of The Colony Club (again! – their staff are so lovely and helpful we came back for more) with fresh white wine spritzers and canapés. It was the perfect opportunity for some very important people to connect with our designers and our founder & CEO Sherry Roberts.
Amongst those invited to our intimate gathering were Alto Magazine, Living Etc, Fibre Magazine, Ma che Davvero and Stylesight.
So, what went down? Well, in a nutshell – we are looking forward to Dale’s very playful take on the evening, Stylesight’s Gemma was over the moon to speak to Moroso as it turned out she’s from Udine in Italy (same place Moroso’s factory is at). Chiara from Ma che Davvero whose one of these lovely people you fall madly in love with (and gives you some great cooking tips too) was in tactile trance with Craig’s work. Finally, Kate from Living Etc enjoyed the snug comfort of Moroso's Rich Armchair. And last but not least, a huge thanks to Morag from Alto Magazine for summing up Sherry’s vision: “finally someone is bringing furniture brands online and presenting them beautifully.”
