Nanimarquina was established in 1987 by Nani Marquina with the aim to design unique and surprising handcrafted rugs for people to enjoy in their homes. Their creations blend both contemporary and traditional inspirations to make stunning rugs that, in terms of production, are outsourced to countries that offer cultural value and unlimited possibilities for rug craftsmanship. Nanimarquina is a family-owned company that take pride in their constant innovation, handcraft techniques and use of new and exciting materials. They work with local and international designers to ensure diversity of themes in their products, creating one-of-a-kind rugs for each customer!
The Rabari collection is created with 100% New Zealand wool and is handmade in India with hand-knotted and hand-woven Sumak techniques. Consisting of three different rugs, the Rabari collection offers exceptional beauty through the outstanding design by Doshi Levien, along with a refined combination of patterns. The Rabari 1 rug features an eclectic look that will make for an interesting addition to contemporary homes.
