The Lasvit Group was founded in 2007 and is based in the Czech Republic. The company are the leading designer and manufacturer of custom contemporary light fittings, feature architectural glass installations and lighting collections. The owner Leon Jakimic founded Lasvit with a single vision – to create the perfect experience through the quality of light, glass, and design. Lasvit projects span the globe from London, Paris and Prague, to international cities including Moscow, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Inspired by a simple rotational form, reminiscent of a spinning top – a child's toy – the Spin light features minimal graphical character. It's delicate hand-blown glass body contrasts beautifully with its polished brass top. As its designer, Lucie Koldova intended, it is the perfect melting pot of traditional craft and modern design.
