Our oak furniture is finished with a pigmented hardwax oil. This protective finish forms a natural coating, repelling most common substances and fluids. However, this is not a complete guarantee against stains.

Universo Positivo was started by furniture makers Ethnicraft and designers Jan and Lara. They first showed their work at the Maison&Objet in 2013. They have collaborated with Hertel Klarhoefer, David Caspar Schafer, Thomas Merlin and Jonas Wahlstrom to create a wonderful collection. Their pieces reflect simplicity and refinement but have a touch of the playful side that emphasizes their idea that you should enjoy life.
The Monolit Side Table is part of Ethnicraft's Universo Positivo collection. It combines clean lines and a mix of materials to create a stylish contemporary piece. The table is made from solid oak with a lacquered metal frame that comes coated in powdered black or white. It comes in small, medium or large sizes.
